Wanda Coleman

Wanda Coleman (1946–2013) was an American writer, screenwriter, and poet. Often referred to as the L.A. Blueswoman, she was widely recognized as the unofficial poet laureate of Los Angeles. Her body of work reflects a deep connection to the city and a distinct voice in contemporary American literature.
