Todd Boyd
Todd Boyd is an American academic, media commentator, and producer who serves as the Katherine and Frank Price Endowed Chair for the Study of Race & Popular Culture at the USC School of Cinematic Arts. Known as the Notorious Ph.D., he is an expert on American popular culture with a focus on cinema, media, hip hop, fashion, art, and sports. He earned his PhD from the University of Iowa and joined the USC faculty in 1992.
