Rose Tremain

Rosemary Jane Tremain is an English novelist and short story writer born in 1943. She served as the Chancellor of the University of East Anglia and has received numerous literary honors, including the James Tait Black Memorial Prize, the Whitbread Award, and the Orange Prize. Her career includes extensive work as a novelist and screenwriter.
