Robin Boyd

Robin Boyd was an Australian architect, teacher, and social commentator who served as a prominent advocate for modern architecture. Throughout his career, he wrote extensively on design and cultural issues. He is best known for his 1960 book, The Australian Ugliness, in which he critiqued the visual disorder and architectural trends of Australian suburbia.
