Robert J. Lieber

Robert J. Lieber is an American academic and Professor of Government and International Affairs at Georgetown University in Washington, D.C. He has served as the Chair of the Government Department and as Interim Chair of Psychology. As an author and editor, he has produced eighteen books throughout his career.
