Maximilian Schell

Maximilian Schell was a Swiss actor, filmmaker, and theatre director of Austrian origin. Born in Vienna, he relocated to Zürich with his family in 1938. Following the Second World War, he established a career as an internationally acclaimed performer and director, working extensively across both stage and screen throughout his life.
