H. Richard Niebuhr

Helmut Richard Niebuhr was an American theologian, Protestant minister, and longtime faculty member at Yale Divinity School. A prominent figure in 20th-century neo-orthodox theology, he is best known for his influential works Christ and Culture and The Responsible Self. His academic contributions helped shape postliberal theology and influenced numerous scholars in the field.
