Chester E. Finn
Chester E. Finn Jr. is an educational policy analyst and former United States Assistant Secretary of Education. He serves as president emeritus of the Thomas B. Fordham Foundation and as a Volker Senior Fellow at Stanford University's Hoover Institution. Additionally, he chaired the Working Group on Good American Citizenship and served on the Maryland Kirwan Commission on Education from 2016 to 2019.
